• Every piece is produced using print and undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. If your order does not meet our production standards, we will work with you to resolve it.

Returns Eligibility

• Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that:
  
• Arrive faulty or damaged Contain a confirmed print or embroidery defect
  
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

Made-to-Order Conditions

• As each item is custom made, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind for approved artwork, layouts, or embroidery selections & incorrect size choice.

Production Tolerances

• Garment measurement variance: ±2.5 cm
  
• Print or embroidery placement: ±2–3 cm
  
• Colour variation between screen and thread/ink
  

Shipping & Liability

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Delivery is managed by a third-party carrier.
• We are not liable for loss where an Authority to Leave has been selected and tracking confirms delivery.
• Shipping or supplier delays outside our control.

To request a return, please email for a Return Authorization and include:

• Name and order number
• Date of purchase
  
• Item(s) in question
  
• Description of the issue
  
• Clear photographs
  
• Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of issue.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for assessment once received.
